FatApp for 2012: Its the New Years Resolution ANYONE can keep!

FatApp – Counting Unconsumed Calories

FatApp reinforces your efforts to not eat everything you’re tempted by and supports personal satisfaction as it counts calories of foods unconsumed. It’s a non-traditional approach that anyone can use anytime, standalone or in concert with any diet method. It’s what you don’t eat that counts

How it works
Select a food item you craved, saw, bought, or touched that you wanted but didn’t eat. Plug it into FatApp, along with other items you only partially ate like half a donut or candy bar, and watch the calories—and pounds—you saved add up. We’re all tempted by different things, so FatApp is highly customizable, offering a base list of 50 foods and an easy way to add the food items that you like to eat and wish you had not.

Some people count what they eat and feel bad. With FatApp, you can count what you don’t eat and feel glad.

FatApp offers
- Easy selection of food items avoided
- Immediate count and display of calories unconsumed
- Resets every day for each food selected: tracks daily, weekly, and for all time
- Ability to add the foods that tempt you
- Estimated weight you did not gain
-Link to hunger charity website where a donation as little as $1 can be made when & if desired

"FatApp is a gem in the weight management realm. Built entirely as positive reinforcement, the control is in your hands. I recommend it to my patients."
